Shoemaker came out and replaced a main water shutoff valve this morning. They were excellent! Todd arrived early, got right to work, check his work for leaks and was professional. I got text updates when he was on his way also. Highly recommended.
We've used Shoemaker for 2 different jobs in the past 6 months (the joys of buying an old house) From tub removal/ shower install to fixing a broken shut off valve, they've been AMAZING!! Our 21yr old AC quit in one of the hottest weeks of the year. We had 3 estimates lined up in one day. Out of the 3, Shoemaker was hands down the most responsive and provided the most thorough options. They gave us 4 different options through a range of prices. They also listened to us about our experience with our previous system and took time to confirm the system was in fact undersized.
I accepted the option that fit us the the best on the same Tuesday they came out, and they installed oN Thursday of the same week! Their installers treated my home with respect and stayed until 7:30pm until the job was done. Work area was left cleaner than when they showed up.
