Our 21yr old AC quit in one of the hottest weeks of the year. We had 3 estimates lined up in one day. Out of the 3, Shoemaker was hands down the most responsive and provided the most thorough options. They gave us 4 different options through a range of prices. They also listened to us about our experience with our previous system and took time to confirm the system was in fact undersized.
I accepted the option that fit us the the best on the same Tuesday they came out, and they installed oN Thursday of the same week! Their installers treated my home with respect and stayed until 7:30pm until the job was done. Work area was left cleaner than when they showed up.

These guys know their profession/trade. I dealt with Joey & Holly. Prompt, polite service. Let’s put it this way, they must know the fundamentals and have lots of real world experience/knowledge, because they have fixed things at my business and residence that their competitors could not do. Very impressed, keep up the good work!
Mr. Shoemaker came out and personally assessed what needed to be done and he got me right in, so his crew can work on my plumbing.I was very comfortable with his knowledge and assessment of what needed to be done.I know his promise that the job will be done right is true.
