After reading all the excellent reviews on Google, I called Exterior Zone to fix a leak in my roof. That same day, Dillon (the owner) came out to assess the project. We were in a rainy pattern of weather, so he put up a temporary fix that stopped the leak coming into my house. After the rain stopped we set up an appointment that was approximately 3 weeks out. A couple days later we had a huge rain event with very strong winds, and the temporary fix was compromised. I called the office and Dillon moved some of his projects that could wait a bit and and made my roof repair his number one priority. When the crew came and started the project I could tell these guys were unbelievably customer focused. The construction site was quardened off with cones, they used triangular "bumpers" on the edge of my roof, so their ladders would not touch and damage my gutter system, and they completely scoured my property to make sure all the debris was collected and disposed of. The customer focus is a major priority with this company, and their workmanship is absolutely astounding. Obviously, I highly recommend Dillon and his expert employees of the Exterior Zone.
