Josh and his team were extremely pleasant to work with. They started on our pool in August and were done by end of September. We had a lot of rain so I think they would’ve been done sooner. Our neighbors even commented on how well they worked with very minimal mess. They were very responsive to every question we had and it was such an enjoyable experience working with them. We are very excited to use our pool next summer. Thank you DRS!

I am a first time pool owner and had Chris and Eddie out today to do my pool closing. The guys were wonderful! They took the time to educate me about the pool in general, the mechanics and process of winterization and explained everything they were doing. They clearly know the business and were very professional and patient with all my questions. It is refreshing to have such great service. I have always had exceptional experiences when I come into this store. I always have the best customer support with quick and knowledgeable services. I have always been helped to find everything I needed and makes owning a pool and a hot tub very easy. I always look forward to coming in to see Lyla. She is very enjoyable to be around as well as always eager to help me find the best products and actually cares about her customers. Very professional and friendly environment. She makes shopping for pool products fun and easy to learn.
