I’m very happy I went with Carter for my hardwood flooring installation. Jason kept in communication from the start with the estimate, during installation and after. The crew had no problem installing my locally milled white oak. I am thrilled with the results!

I did my homework and called three companies for estimates to have my hardwood floors refinished. The first company sent out a gal in a Cadillac that took over a week to get me an estimate, the second company owners' showed up with no tape measure and then Jason showed up. He didn't waste my time, told me what & how he was going to do and provided me an estimate. His crew showed up when they said they would, Justin the crew leader kept me updated everyday, it was almost dustless and the crew cleaned up every night. No mess! My floors are gorgeous! You get what you pay for! Jason is the guy!

Excellent company to work with. The owner and the crew on site were all very professional, knowledgeable and respectful. Throughout installation, perfectly clear options were given when atypical situations arose and being given the choices was appreciated. End product is excellent and they left the site and work area spotless. A+++ all around!
