We LOVE our new refinished floors! We had older flooring with pet damage when we moved, we had used Carter flooring at our previous home and didn’t hesitate to call them again. Jason takes the time to walk through and explain everything… I highly recommend them. Local family owned business that does a great job!
Outstanding Service and Quality Work!
These guys are amazing! We hired them for two different projects—installing flooring on our entire main floor and later on four sets of stairs—and they did an outstanding job both times. They were meticulous in their work and ensured the house was completely dust-free after completing each project.
We encountered some issues with our subfloor, and they went above and beyond by recommending an excellent contractor (who has since become our go-to) to resolve the problem. They even adjusted their schedule to accommodate the delay, making what could have been a stressful situation so much easier to handle. Thanks to their flexibility… read full review
Carter Quality Flooring did a great job on my floors. My hardwoods were in desperate need of refinishing and now look like new. I was apprehensive of how “dustless “ the process would be, but it truly was dustless. Very little mess to contend with afterwards.
Very professional as well.
