Act Live Trapping came out right away, they were very kind, did thorough work and communicated what they saw and explained why we have a mouse problem not a bat problem. I called ACT and was given an appointment the next day. However, the technician called and diagnosed the problem as chimney swallows which they cannot remove. He assured me they would leave in October and they would come out and put a cap on the chimney to prevent their return. These guys are impressive and have a customer for life.
