I have never dealt with roofing issues before. Myself and my husband just moved into our first home together and saw we had a leak in our roof. Super easy to make an appointment with Weather Vane Roofing and man they are so kind and knowledgeable. Not only was it a free estimate but the customer service that came with the consultation in person was outstanding! Kris was so kind and helpful! Quick (completed in one day) and beautifully done. However, I expected the shingles to match those that are on the main portion of the house. Instead, they were similar in color to those torn off (the reddish ones). I had offered for therm to take a sample, from the extras I had, but they indicated they would match it from the satellite images. Communication could've been better, on both our parts. Fortunately, the new shingles are at a different (lower) level than the upper two stories (light brown). Maybe I'll match them all up when the older ones reach the end of their life.
