I called Michael having literally just purchased a BMW and hour before. It smelled old, it was dirty inside and out. I was a bit frazzled because it is a gift for my husband. Michael was great! He was professional, kind, reassuring and most of all his guys do excellent work. I will be back and I will have to drive quite a ways to get here. Michael's is worth the drive.Ps Thanks for letting me charge my dead phone battery too!

I've had nothing but great experiences with Michael's. I've taken multiple vehicles there and they always come out looking new. He is a very hard worker and pays attention to detail. I can call him and say I need my vehicle done ASAP he always replies with drop it off in the morning and it will be done later that day. Also, the price is very reasonable! I've gone to almost every detail business in the area and they all failed miserably. I will be choosing Michael's Auto in Owosso and you should too.
