We had not had our septic pumped at our cottage in 30+ years. Rick came out from Johnson's and was a consummate professional. He quickly found the cap and cleaned out our 500 gallon septic vault. He made recommendations and now we will use Johnson's every 3-4 years. Thank you Rick!

So professional and on time. The house we bought had an unknown septic system and they could have sold me an entire system and I wouldn't have been the wiser. But they explained our system was fine, just needed a clean out. Really appreciate the honesty.

09/30/23.Todd showed up to pump out septic tank and noticed that the ground from the edge of tank to the drain field looked lil low (first couple feet).Dug it up to find that five feet or so of pipe was bad.Couple hr. fix.Thank you so much for his experience opinion that he didn't have to offer(but glad he did) I would of had some serious issues near term.Thank you so much for providing professional services and a great customer experience.
