The staff there was really great, kind and caring. I felt like I was in good hands for my pet Puppy and the Veterinarian was very helpful and very thorough She gave us a lot of great advice. I Felt I picked a really good place.

Honestly I love it here I am absolutely valued as a patient dr t is amazing! And I feel safe here! I also love that the staff is all super friendly and that they know who I am even with a mask on, they also remember things from weeks ago! Absolutely 10/10 would recommend!

Had a claim to redo my roof due to hail damage. They were prompt to get a claim to pay the roofing company. While the roof was being replaced, I had an accident with my vehicle and once I reported it, they had a claims adjuster contact me to get the information to send someone to the dealership to look at the vehicle to determine damage costs. Have been with Ovid Service Agency for years and don't plan on changing. They've been quick to help resolve all my issues.

Literally everyone we encountered throughout our stay was so nice and supportive. I truly don’t think there’s a better team out there. Special thanks to Mylissa Sergent, she was an absolute rockstar while my wife was in labor. Mylissa you truly are one of the most talented individuals I’ve ever seen. Your passion for making sure everyone is comfortable and being there the whole time my wife was in labor was amazing. You are without a doubt a role model everyone should look towards in this field of work. Also special thanks to Dr.London. You are such a wonderful doctor. Your calm demeanor and knowledge is second to none. You check every box of what a good doctor and human should be. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. I can’t recommend Memorial Healthcare enough for everything. Everyone it’s so important in the whole ecosystem, from the lady’s in the cafeteria to the cleaners throughout the halls. A bit run down and needs to be cleaned a little more often but other then that ive had no problems.
