In March of 2025, our apartment house sustained massive damage from a fallen tree during a rainstorm. Before work could commence, we had a second tree fall on the house. We needed an experienced company who was knowledgeable and able to negotiate with our insurance company in order to get a fair settlement. Our insurance agent recommended Recovery Solutions since he had a good working relationship with them. Recovery Solutions walked us through the whole process. This was our first, and our last I hope, time dealing with significant water damage. Our shower had to be gutted and completely rebuilt. Recovery Solutions is experienced and well equipped to handle this. They have dedicated teams of 1-4 persons who do specific parts of the overall process. They also have quite an array of specialized equipment to deal with water damage and mold remediation + the deconstruction and re-construction of the affected area. The entire process is managed/coordinated by one of the company's owners who is very experienced. We had the unfortunate experience of an outdoor spigot freezing, bursting, and going unnoticed for several days. While another local service provider asked us to wait 2 days for their availability, Aaron stopped by within 2 hours and found not only the carpet and padding to be saturated, but also had the tools to find water absorption 3-4 feet up the drywall as well. within 36 hours of my call for help, the demo crew had removed the effected carpet & pad along with all of the soaked drywall.
