“I don't normally leave reviews but I felt I have to make sure this is noted! My Great Aunt (who will be turning 104 in 2 weeks) had her furnace go out and Goyette sent Jay to her rescue. He was able to diagnose the problem and get her furnace back up and running enough to keep her warm until the needed parts will arrive. He also went back to check on her the next day when she thought it was not working again. Jay made a point to call the 3rd day to be sure she was still warm and all was well. He also took the time to open a few bottles for her that she needed opened and truly went that extra mile to make her feel safe and back in control! Thank you Jay for being such a caring human.
