“Hours before our Labor Day family were to arrive at our cottage, our water heater pilot went out and couldn't be relit. The Goyette dispatcher set an afternoon appointment, but soon after routed technician Bob to our aid, two hours early. He quickly tested and determined the thermocouple was bad, and soon could relight the heater. Bob was professional, friendly and offered helpful tips to extend the life of our water heater.

“Scott is one of the most professional people I have every worked with. Our home in Oscoda is a vacation home for us and 3 hours away.
