Can not recommend enough! I've never had such a great experience at a Dental office till today! I've always been nervous with any thing to do with my teeth. Staff are all super super nice!! This doctor gives you comfort with the best care!! I'd drive across Michigan to have my teeth worked on here!
My daughter and I just switched to Dr. Thomas and we couldn’t be happier. His entire staff was amazing with my 12 year old daughter! She had a rough go with a dentist previously which led to a referral and a lot of work that made her very fearful overall. He took the extra time to explain things in detail and that he was there to help her. Every single person from the front to the back of this office is so compassionate and talked with her to make her feel comfortable. I’m so happy we decided to come to this office. A huge thank you from us both.
I just switched all 3 of my children to Oscoda Dental and so happy that I did. The staff was very friendly and inviting and worked so well with my children. The office was very clean. I had a issue with the previous office not sending all of their records and instead of canceling our appointment they contacted the office personally to get the records needed. Dr. Thomas was very informative and explained everything he was doing and why. I am grateful their office was recommended to me and will continue to recommend them to others!
