Chad was very responsive to our inquiries, and made arrangements to give us a quote for a relatively simple job even though we were in Alpena & his company is in Onaway. Chad didn’t try to sell us more than we needed, but asked good questions and made recommendations that saved us a lot of money. When they came to do the job, both Chad and Jeremy were extremely pleasant and personable. They took time while they worked to get to know us, and genuinely seemed interested in us as people, not just as a paying customer. Before they started the work, they took down a hornets nest at the back of our garage we had just found the night before. Both men worked efficiently and quickly as they replaced some of our gutters and installed gutter guards around the entire house. At the front of the house I asked Chad if he could do me a favor and trim some of the branches on a tree near the gutters since I had just broken my wrist and was not able to do that job myself. Without a moments hesitation Chad turned from what he was doing at the gutter and began snipping off branches of the tree for me. The price we paid for the work was unbeatable (perhaps because they don’t have all of the overhead costs that bigger companies do) and their work was excellent!
