Bonz Beach Sugar Bush and Farm is a beautiful place where guests stay with Harvest Host. The host is super nice and the trails are beautiful to explore. The farm produces maple syrup, honey, maple mustard, maple bbq sauce, and garden vegetables. The owner was away but left it in capable hands, and the sap collection and refining processes were explained. The spring mix is perfectly delicious, and the maple products are the best tasted anywhere. Sustainable practices and attention to detail create superior products at very reasonable prices. A quiet, level campsite is great for motorhome visitors, and many recommend this place.
I was initially hooked in by the perfectly delicious spring mix and am impressed with everything this farm produces. Seriously, the best maple products I have ever tasted anywhere. The farm's sustainable practices and attention to detail are evident, producing superior products and very reasonable prices.
We stayed here overnight in our motorhome as part of Harvest Hosts. We boondocked. Level camp site, quiet area. They make and sell maple syrup, honey, maple mustard, maple bbq sauce, Gary the owner was away but he left it in the capable hands of Dave. He did a great job explaining the sap collection and refining processes. Brought our friends over and they bought several things. Oh and they also sell garden vegetables that they grow on the farm. Great place to visit and camp. We highly recommend this business
I’ve known the owner Gary for a long time. He’s a great part of the Black Lake community and a man of integrity. You can’t go wrong by buying his maple syrup, eggs and fresh vegetables.
