Switched to Vera after the lawn season started when the company I was using folded. Couldn't be happier with their service! The work is always done quickly, carefully and everyone in person and on the phone has been so friendly. My favorite thing is their billing system. It's been the easiest, most professional billing system I've ever seen with a landscape company. It makes it so easy to see when my lawn care appointments are scheduled, when my invoices are due and where to download my receipts. So much stress and worry off my shoulders! Super excited to hire you for next season!
VLC does a very nice job. I have eight rentals and they keep them looking well maintained. Also, they are flexible about not mowing when the grass isn't growing late in the summer. Courtney always gets back to me quickly. The work crews are professional and also very nice.
Vera is the best and I enjoy working with them. They answer they phone, they show up when they say they will and the work is done on time every time. I don't have to ask for the reports or the photos and I have never had a complaint that the work was not done professionly and correctly. I have been relying on Vera for many years and this is one company that you can trust and leave them there alone and know your work will get done.
