I have nothing but extreme gratitude and thanks for Northwinds Heating and Cooling, and to Gavin, Willis and Chaase. These gentlemen may have very well saved my family's life. My furnace had been acting up lately and I had been getting awful migraines for the last 2 weeks, and my husband had been getting them for a few days and my son was feeling off. Gavin came after hours for an emergency appointment because our furnace was not putting out any heat, and informed us that our furnace was reading 500ppm of carbon monoxide, and anything over 100ppm is unsafe. The furnace was old and needed replacing and we are expecting single digit temps in a couple of days. The Northwinds crew had a brand new furnace installed the very next day, 100% complete, all in less than 24 hours. I cannot thank you all enough for expediting this serious matter and not only getting us heat during extremely cold temps in record time, but more importantly removing a potentially fatal situation for us.
