Absolutely AMAZING! My 5 year old started taking classes a few weeks ago to help with his emotional regulation and aggression and the instructors are amazing especially Antonio! The general manager, Mackenzie, is also amazing and jumped in to help my son when he started to get frustrated since he’s never done anything like this before. JJ is super nice and personable and has created an amazing environment!

Amazing from the warm welcome when we enter to the refusing to let ourselves short change ourselves. I’m a dad with a son(19) next to me working out and a son(11) in the youth class just prior. Cannot recommend JBF enough
