I cannot recommend Dr. Brya's office enough! I had an emergency appointment today to get a cavity filled and he kept me informed of each step of the process and it really helped with my anxiety. I have a sensitive gag reflex and his team worked with me to get x-rays, which has always been difficult for me in the past.
If you've been putting off a visit to the dentist due to bad past experiences, I highly recommend Dr. Brya.
First time visiting this office. Dr. Beaya was great, very helpful, and knowledgeable. Marcus, my R.D.H. was terrific. I can tell he takes a lot of pride in his patient care! Very knowledgeable as well. The front desk woman, not so much. There is no excuse for anybody to speak negatively about one of her coworkers in any capacity. I work in healthcare myself, and I would never speak ill about my coworkers in front of a new or existing patient or even at all, for that matter. There was no professionalism or respect shown. They make me feel like a valued patient. I'm always shocked when I come in and they remember my name. Everyone is extremely friendly, from reception to the dental hygienists. I have to give a special shout out to my dental hygienist Ting who goes above and beyond to make me comfortable. I've had extensive maxillofacial surgery in the past which has resulted in pain in the jaw when I've had it open for too long. Not only does Ting frequently check in to see how I'm doing during cleaning, but she'll take breaks to let me recover and even massages my jaw when it gets fatigued and painful.
