The manager, Tom, was very fair and accommodating.
The 2 installers, AJ and Roger, were very conscientious and precise in their work. It felt like they were always making sure that they were making that week easier for us, such as finishing the closet so we could get stuff back in, and cleaning up at the end of the day. When I look at all the details of our floor, I can’t find a single flaw. Even the 2 guys who put in the quarter round at the end, did a thorough job.

tight, and visually cohesive across rooms.

Not only is the craftsmanship excellent, but the team was punctual,
respectful of our home, and left everything spotless once the job was
complete. We've already had multiple compliments from guests on how
beautiful the floors are.
