I'm happy with the treatment plan. Freezing my seborrheic keratosis was fast, and I was comfortable throughout the procedure. I have a bald spot on the top of my head. As part of my treatment plan, the nurse practitioner suggested a biopsy just to find out what I am dealing with. Because I live an hour away, the staff combined my treatments and biopsy on the same day.
Annie Mulvaney, and all the rest of the staff, were terrific. Annie was informative, clear and wonderfully helpful, charting path forward for me that took my concerns into account and made sense to me. She took a skin sample to biopsy with a minimum of discomfort. I was most pleased to have been referred to her care.
Subsequently, the biopsy came back positive for early stage squamous cells, so an appointment was made for removal. Different doctor, different staff, same quality of service and care, removing a half dollar sized section of my bald scalp about 1/8th inch deep, with no discomfort! STOP! If you're looking for a dermatology clinic - you found it. Pinnacle in Okemos is phenomenal. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. They make you feel comfortable as soon as you step foot in the door. I highly recommend!
