Hi, this is Toni. I just wanted to let people know that Gracie was great to work with from Custom Built. She helped me with all the Designs in my bathroom and I just love it. She came and she visited me a lot and I like that and she’s really creative and that’s what I like too cause she gives me ideas and if she don’t like them, then we work together to get them right!
Because we already had a 3-seasons-room design and put a deposit down with another company for roofing, Greg was honest with us saying Custom Built wasn't a good fit for us on this job since they do all that as part of their service. Still, he spent extra time giving us recommendations and tips on what to look for as we move forward meeting other builders, even after he knew we wouldn't be using him. Outstanding!
Custom Built is exceptionally professional and transparent. My project was very small compared to many I'm sure. Regardless, the Custom Built team approached it with the same care I would expect from a project 50x the size. They also offered thoughtful design enhancements that would not compromise my project. These guys earned a lot of respect from me!
