Marigold and Haley were the absolute best at Baryames in Okemos! Our WHITE comforter came back with two small blue stains on it and they worked repeatedly to make sure it was stain free and perfect. Thank you so much for persevering! It is gorgeous and like new.
This specific location in Okemos had gone through some management changes around October and everyone who came in to help temporarily was very professional; however, somewhere in the mix my wife’s wedding dress preservation was forgotten. We stopped by with new dry cleaning needs near the end of the year in 2025 and inquired about where it was and the staff that day had noted that it was there. My wife left with her wedding dress in a dirty box folded in half with no window view or acid free tissue paper, which is what we were told it would like. We were both very disappointed at first with the experience, especially for the price.
