Dan, the owner, was fantastic to work with. He followed up with me after the initial account rep left, and offered me alternative options that they could do. The crew themselves, were tight and did a great job on the fascia and soffit work and I'm really happy with the end product. They got in here a lot sooner than initially estimated.Where I deduct points from ACME is with the replacement account rep that took over after Dan's initial touchpoint. He was rather difficult to get a hold of, and when I asked about one thing outlined in our contract that I wanted to make sure was happening, he deflected the question to something else entirely. Extremely satisfied Acme. A couple of years ago we had Acme do siding for our house and recently a new roof. They did a great job with both, very friendly and good to work with. Highly recommend!
