The Wellness Plan Medical Centers - Northwest Medical Center

Everyone is pretty nice but they are pretty bad with time. The day I went I wait 3 hours to be attended and now had been two weeks waiting for prescription since I saw in my results things that concern me and nobody contacted me back.

Really long waits, can’t reach the doctors or medical assistants, it was important to have a particular ob but their services are extremely poor if I have a doc appointment and have to work I’m always calling off from work because of the long office waits. It’s really unacceptable and inconsiderate. I will be changing doctors and never visiting any of the wellness centers. I gave a 2 only because my doctor does meets most my needs but their practice and work ethics needs serious improvement! These are people lives and I work in healthcare but again the staff and their ethics needs serious improvements!

I have a test for something I didn't complain about. I was prescribed four med and got three. The prescription says one med twice a day, and the bottle says once. I emailed and have had no answer. If it changes I'll update this post.
