Impressive Basements did a great job in finishing our basement. I strongly recommend Impressive Basements for the following reasons: 1) Great and accurate Designs during Quotation. Alex did a great job there. He gave us multiple options and helped us reduce costs. 2) The store in Canton helped us to choose our preferred color and design for the wall & floors 3) No change in costs. What was agreed and signed stayed constant 4) No change in schedule. What was agreed and signed stayed as is 5) Very professional builders. From Anthony to Electrician / Plumbers, the Flooring installers were very professional and courteous (I can't stress that enough). It was wonderful working with them. They were fast and did a great job! 6) At the end there were some issues with the recess lights. The Electrician came the next day and fixed them. Very friendly and profession there as well to fix any issue s that may arise I am so glad we choose Impressive Basements. Happy to see highest levels of professionalism around. I wish they did more than basements. I probably will hire them for any business they do
Impressive is a great name for this company. They did a basement remodel for me that transformed the lower level of my older home into a beautiful living space with a luxury bath. They were very professional and the staff of on-site tradesman were longtime employees that were very neat, knowledgeable, courteous and reliable.
