I placed an order to send birthday flowers to a friend and it was delivered to the wrong address because I, the customer, put the wrong address in the order 😭
I called Exclusive Flowers by Terry and he was extremely understanding and considerate and offered to send new flowers the following day to the correct address!
Thank you so so much! Will 100% recommend just on this experience alone!
I ordered a sympathy flower arrangement for a family that lost a loved one. I wasn't there to see the flower arrangement, but I'm told it was the BEST flower arrangement there. EXCLUSIVE FLOWERS BY TERRY is the BEST!
The flowers were beautiful, and when I called the day of delivery with a special request to make the delivery earlier in the day, they made it happen! So glad I made this purchase, definitely will use their service again.
