I had a pleasant experience in the beginning really enjoyed going with Jesse last I heard he was taking time off, after that I haven't been completely satisfied, the reason being is mostly do to their website. When you go book an appointment it tells you one thing takes payment but once you arrive it's a different story. I made an appointment with Leo at the Canoga location when I arrived they told me they couldn't see me that Leo was moved to a different location. I was told to drive to the Ventura location that he will be there once I arrive he tells me that he is swamped and can't see me despite them taking my money. I requested a refund and am still waiting it's only been a few days so am sure I will get it again this is mostly due to the website and not a refund itself. My advice to anyone that goes is book your appointment in person or over the phone if you don't want to go through the inconvenience of being told they can't see you.

I highly recommend Frankie at Catch a fade. I recently moved to Woodland Hills and one of my biggest concerns was finding a good barber as my last barber was amazing. Frankie had some big shoes to fill but he sure did fill them. I'm glad I found Frankie and he will be my go to barber from now on.
