I had a great experience with The Blind Factory. They were suggested by Renewal by Anderson to take down and reinstall my window coverings. I also ordered one new blind. Mark and his father were timely and neat. They completed a very complicated removal of two rooms with draperies and valances. The reinstall was done quickly and professionally. I will continue to use them for any future window treatments.

We used the Blind Factory for window treatments for our large suburban home; 2" wood slat blinds, cellular shades for windows with vertical application for door walls and custom drapes. In each case, the quality, price point and service were excellent. The owner Marc is very detailed, honest and extremely knowledgeable. He is proud of his work and stands behind his products and workmanship. A custom garage blind that was not up to his standard was immediately returned to the manufacturer, despite the fact, that I the homeowner did not see the issue. We've been going to The Blind Factory for a number of years. This is the only place we can get blinds repaired even if the original purchase wasn't through them. Good selection of product, competively priced. Marc, the owner stands behind his work.
