We used the Blind Factory for window treatments for our large suburban home; 2" wood slat blinds, cellular shades for windows with vertical application for door walls and custom drapes. In each case, the quality, price point and service were excellent. The owner Marc is very detailed, honest and extremely knowledgeable. He is proud of his work and stands behind his products and workmanship. A custom garage blind that was not up to his standard was immediately returned to the manufacturer, despite the fact, that I the homeowner did not see the issue. I am puzzled by some of the poor reviews. Perhaps these relate to individuals who no longer work at this small business....read full review

We've been going to The Blind Factory for a number of years. This is the only place we can get blinds repaired even if the original purchase wasn't through them. Good selection of product, competively priced. Marc, the owner stands behind his work.

I spoke w/ Mark at The Blind Factory, who couldn't have been nicer or more professional; who listened to my information, gave me an immediate ballpark price (extremely reasonable, exactly the range I'd hoped for) and we made arrangements for me to come to his place and drop them off. What a difference it makes dealing w/ a professional, as opposed to the experience I had with Budget Blinds of Birmingham...After picking up my repaired blinds and installing them, I can say with no reservations that the work (replacing sun-damaged cloth ladders with nylon ladders) was done perfectly, for exactly the price quoted, and with some extra fittings thrown in for free.
