Our water heater began leaking all over in the basement; I called at 6:30 on a Sunday evening. They were here within an hour and cleaned everything up/placed fans around the basement by 8:30! Jeffrey and Jamie went above and beyond to be helpful which really eased my mind since I've got 3 kiddos and hot water is a need! They were friendly, knowledgeable, and punctual. Recently had a huge flood Jeffery Smith with 24 hour flood pros got out there impressively fast and had a quick plan to start getting water out and assessing damages. great work from start to finish
