Update: My dog crossed the rainbow bridge in 2025, VetSelect had been her pcp, they took very good care of her through the years. Never pushy and always kind and supportive. They helped my family through a very hard day when she passed. The staff here are amazing. I have recently gotten a kitten and they are caring for him as well. If you have a four- legged family member, go see them.
Love this vet office and staff! My dog was scared her first visit here and the staff was very accomodating. Wonderful staff and veterinarian! The front desk got us an appointment right away, even though we were new patients. Staff were upfront about cost and did not push any care. You can tell that the staff at Animal Hospital of Novi genuinely care about the animals they see.
We've been coming here for almost thirty years now, and the doctors and staff are second to none. They care about the animals and pet parents, and they treat all like family. They also make reasonable suggestions for your pet's care and diagnosis, rather than try to sell you a bunch of tests your pet doesn't need, and if you have an urgent issue, they do their very best to accommodate you as soon as possible.
