I am an office manager at a facility that uses Specialized Global for our temporary trucking needs. I requested help and received access to their portal, which allows me to view and print any paperwork I need to help with invoicing my customers as well as when I receive an invoice from them. Very pleased with this process and the support from their team.
I recently used SGL for a shipment and was extremely satisfied with their service. They provided regular updates and delivered my freight on time, which saved us from shutdown. The pricing was also very competitive, and the customer service was excellent.
