Cassie is truly a one in a million Pilates instructor! She has created a welcoming environment with challenging workouts that always leave you feeling better than when you walked in, both physically and mentally. I couldn’t love her more and highly recommend her and her studio to anyone who wants to try Pilates for the first time or those well established in their practice looking for something new.

I highly recommend Precision Pilates. Cassie is friendly and very knowledgeable. I have knee arthritis, low back and hip pain, so I wasn't sure if Pilates was going to work for me. Cassie takes in to account my physical limitations and has been able to adjust the exercises so I can build strength without causing further injuries. It's definitely helping me. Thanks Cassie!
