Full disclosure. I've been a customer for years. In those years I've have rarely had a problem. On the two occasions that I had something that wasn't right they worked quickly to solve the problem. Whenever you do as much work for as many people as they do you will from time to time have issues. It's simply the Law of Averages. Mistakes happen. It's what you do after the mistakes that count. I called 3 other dry cleaners for a quick turnaround on a suit for my grandson. All told me it would be at least a week. Finally I spoke to Sandra at the Novi Martinizing location who was very personable and had the suit cleaned and pressed in 2 days! I also appreciate the text and email messages letting me know my order was ready for pick up. I am definitely a fan and will bring our business here from now on!
I am extremely happy with the Martinizing Dry Cleaning in Novi at the corner of 10 Mile and Beck. Sandra, the manager, works hard to make sure each customer is pleased with every visit. Margarita is an excellent seamstress who used to work for a professional seamstress shop until it closed. She has altered several pairs of slacks for me to perfection. The pricing is reasonable and, unlike many seamstress shops that take weeks to do the alterations, Margarita typically does the work in days. I can't say enough good things about this store and the friendly, dedicated staff.Mary Ann W.
