Great Oaks Maintenance & Horticultural Services

This company was hired to do snow removal at the premises where I work in Bloomfield Hills.....they are HORRIBLE!! Did not show up until after 8:00 a.m. this morning, after our first major winter storm, to START plowing the parking lot, totally unacceptable!! Several people got stuck trying to enter the parking lot before Great Oaks arrived and the police had to come help them get out. On top of that, instead of plowing the entrance first, they plowed the back of the parking lot first.....REALLY??!! There were 2 gentlemen in the truck, and both stayed in for quite some time, instead of 1 getting out to begin shoveling the walkways and in front of the entrance. The first time Great Oaks came to plow a few days prior, they showed up late and did not even plow the handicap parking spaces!! Again, this is all TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE for a commercial business.
