I have been going to European Wax Center in Novi for a while now for my Brazilian wax. Taylor did an awesome job. First time it was not painful. I don’t know what she did differently but her technique was great.

Briona was so pleasant and professional. The West Bloomfield location abruptly closed so I was going to cancel my wax pass because the type of service I get is way too personal to keep switching specialists. Before canceling, I decided to give the Novi location a try. I had a great experience with Briona and made my next appointment! She saved me from cancellation.

I love my wax specialist!! Tara is so fast and gentle. The front seat team always greets me with a smile. Every one working here is so knowledgeable and helpful. I definitely recommend this Novi location.
