Each time I call the front desk for appointments I always get some type of attitude when asking for a appointment. The customer service is terrible. I decided to make a review today because today I called in and when I asked if I could get a emergency appointment I got hung up on. I just shrugged it off thinking it was a mistake, so I recalled and this time the front desk lady answered with the same bad attitude she usually has. I have been going to CNS for years and it is an awful clinic. First off you can't call the receptionist to make appointments with your worker or therapist, you have to contact them directly and it's endless phone tag if you happen to miss an appointment. Also, you HAVE to meet with a case manager once a month in order to receive services, I liked my case manager but never understood why having one was at all necessary. They also wont let you change your therapist, I tried to change mine recently and they wouldn't let me. I'm told it's because they are short-staffed when it comes to therapists, which is not a good sign for a mental health clinic. That was the last straw...read full review

I am a new patient. I've called multiple times to get appointments coordinated and every single time I am leaving a voicemail for someone. Noone answers the phone, except the receptionist. Not a single call back either. Also, who knew telehealth is done in the office?? Not just on your phone or own computer!!
