In the past, I had trouble getting ahold of someone live from the intake department, so it was a game of phone tag for weeks. I became discouraged, but recently I reached out to them again. They have a new intake procedure within the department, so it was seamless this time around. Some of the best, most kind people work here & I feel like they truly do care. Highly recommend!

Seriously, if you can, go anywhere else for your mental health, everything about this place pretty much sucks. Have to go to do a different psychiatrist on top of this one because for some reason they won’t prescribe all the medication I require to function

At first I attended therapy and psychiatry here at CNS through telehealth, and it was okay. Not much progress was made, actually my mental health deteriorated majorly. Incorrect diagnosis, bad compatibility or just not as qualified for their jobs as they should be. A year later the phone line doesn't make it very easy to get the help that you verbally express.

please if you need help, look elsewhere. if you're looking for a friend or someone to talk to about life, then this is the place for you.
