HORRIBLE first impression.This company is for elitists only. I recently got back into a position where I can put more into my retirement. The website had advertised personalized financial advisement. When I called to make an appointment, the representative had informed me that because I don’t have “around a million in assets” that I was not worth their time and no advisors would be willing to meet with me.What’s more is that the only bit of help I was offered was a brief 15min. tutorial of the website. I'd give ZERO stars if I could. Don't waste your time with these clowns and MOVE your money ASAP. We are moving all of our personal and business 401k accounts ASAP. I don't trust them with our info and the login credentials. This has to be the worst company out there!

Went to this branch twice. It was like a meeting with the three stogies. Everything they said and they did was wrong and inaccurate. 3 reps and could not get it correct. 8 days later still trying to correct their screw ups. Terrible.. Try another company! Now 3 weeks later than my review and my issues are a mess. They can't even change address correct. Total screw up by Schwab! Update. Now a year later. Tried to get an appointment. Now they don't even know when one is available. Don't know why I have been with this company 40 years to get treated like this. Horrible.
