I had them work on our stairway and first floor living room ceiling. Joseph was very professional and good with communication which is so important to me as I’m super busy and do not have the time to wait or contact again and again. He was very flexible on our needs too. He was very clear with scope which is also very important factor when asking someone to do the job. His order to his team was very clear and the result of painting is beautiful.Work was ordered last week and the painting was complete by the next week. CertaPro did the project efficiently and provided a father/son painting team that worked effectively to complete the project, including redoing work as needed to correct all painting issues. The redos were not errors at all, but simply trying different solutions to tricky caulking and painting problems. They prepped well before beginning work and cleaned up well at the end of each day. They were pleasant and courteous.

The CertaPro team from Novi did a fine job on our home. They worked with us to make sure that our needs were met in a timely manner at a reasonable price. I definitely would use them again. They are definitely recommended.
