On a visit on September 2, 2023, the receptionist, referred to as Shannon, was particularly praised for her warm and caring attitude, creating a positive environment for patients. Another staff member, who took vitals, was also noted for her kindness and gentleness. Dr. Alabbas was described as a miracle worker for his skill in adjusting an injured finger without causing pain. The staff's dedication to patient well-being is commendable, making this urgent care a great choice for medical needs.
Always a wonderful experience! The whole staff is compassionate, knowledgeable & efficient. Normally I have Dr. Alabbas who is superb, however this time I had Dr. Deen who was remarkable as well. I am very blessed this Urgent Care is so close to home!
Went there for a swollen eye. Red and painful. They got me right in, everyone was very nice. The Dotor was great. The lens of my eye was badly scratched. He prescribed some eye drops. Told me if it got any worse to go to the emergency room. And come back and see him in a couple of days. I went back two days later. My eye doing great. Much much better. He suggested I follow up at my eye Doctors when I got back to missouri. Great experience highly recommended. My missouri insurance didn't work there. But the fee for the office visit and treatment was very, very reasonable. Thank you for your awsome care.
