I have been to PT on and off in the last 20 years and there is no place that is anything like Adams. Not only are the therapists athletes themselves, every single time they notice progression, they give you something new to work on. They changed my life. I went from despair from being unable to run to enjoying the Alter G to progressing back to running healthy again. On my last day today, Aaron sat with me and developed a running program progression for the next 6 weeks.
