First time with Marcy. Our GSD is not people friendly but needed her nails trimmed badly. We brought her in to see Marcy and she walked out without her muzzle. Apparently Marcy is now one of her favorite people. And ours…. We won’t have anyone else groom our pet

Absolutely the best! One on one! She waits until your pup is picked up before the next one comes. Absolutely no cages! She is truly amazing. My Macy (now passed) got kicked out of every groomer in dickinson county because she was terrified and would nip. Not with Tender Touch! She Absolutely LOVED Marcy! I now have a toy poodle and Marcy does Absolutely phenomenal. I can not say enough good about the experience, patience and comfort of her shop! Very professional and extremely reasonable rates. Much less than a few others I've tried. If I could give a million stars I would! There is 1 reason she won the people's choice groomer... read full review

My dog Frankie was always terrified to go to the groomer. Then she met Marcy...gets right out of the car and runs to the door. Iv had dogs my whole life and Marcy is one of the kindest dog people I know.
