Thai Cottage Spa offers a unique experience for nail enthusiasts. The salon is described as lovely, with a friendly atmosphere and professional technicians. The staff is accommodating, willing to work with clients who have specific requests, such as unique color choices or designs with polish. Many clients appreciate the clean environment and the convenience of being seen quickly, often within 5-10 minutes, even without an appointment. However, some reviewers have reported issues with communication and attention to detail during busy times, such as forgetting to apply a top coat. Despite these concerns, the spa remains a popular choice for those seeking a comfortable place to enjoy services like acrylic manicures and pedicures, making it a go-to spot for families and groups alike.
Other google reviews are kind of all over the place. I was a little hesitant to come, but they were the only 1 of 3 salons I called who would take a pedicure appointment for myself and manicure appointment for my daughter today at the time I needed.
When we got there they were immediately ready for us. I love my pedicure and my daughter loves her manicure. Prices were comparable to other salons.
I wish I would have got the lady's name who did my pedicure so I could request her in the future.
Overall we had a good experience and great care.

I stopped in with my daughter without an appointment around 6 on a Friday hoping to get pedicures. They got us right in and did a fantastic job. The atmosphere was relaxed and comfortable.

This place has gone downhill. Have had several sub par experiences with the same tech. Always seem to end up with her even if I ask for someone else. This time she filed my nails so hard that I bled. Will not be back.
