I have always had very positive experiences with all the care providers here, both on the medical side and spa side of the practice. My only issue has ever been trying to call to make an appointment...many times, nobody answers.
They got me in within a business day or two to look at a skin rash I was concerned with. The waiting room time, and time with the doctor, were within what I would expect for a very busy specialists' office. Dr Van Ittersum was quick and efficient. I was impressed and grateful that did an on-the-spot skin culture and reviewed it under the microscope to give me definitive results and his recommendation on the best medication for my skin issue. He also explained that his recommended medication would work better than the other OTC item that I had been using. Dr. Vis has a great personality and I have been going to her for about 14 years. I great a full body scan and have autoimmune issues that she also cares for. I recommend her and the staff. The only issue here is that she is very busy and new appointments take 15 months for usual care. The practice has a spa and 2 surgeons for surgical issues.
