Been going to SuperSlow Zone for at least 10 years! If you want to stay fit and maintain your muscle mass, this the place for you. Michelle is knowledgeable and works with what you've got. I highly recommend.
Superslow high intensity exercise is the most scientifically valid form of exercise there is. And it only takes 30 minutes a week. It's hard work but the time saved and the health benefits are well worth it. Michelle is a great coach and will guide your training towards effective results. The MedX machines at this facility are the best one can possibly use and are based on scientific concepts discovered by Arthur Jones.
Michelle has been my personal trainer at SuperSlow Zone since 2006. When I started seeing her at age 60, I suffered from chronic backache due to a bad fall many years ago, I tired very easily and had little physical strength. Now, 13 years later, I can work for hours in my beloved garden without feeling any aches and pains, and I am twice as strong than when I was much younger. Michelle and the SuperSlow Zone were indeed the best thing that ever happened to my body. Gisela
