I cannot stress enough how much I love Kristen. I came to her broke, sad and faded. I had made a decision to go red because my blonde upkeep was taking a toll on my length and wallet. I hated being red. It was so pretty but I couldn’t adjust. I messaged her and asked for help. She fit me in (my schedule was so hectic) and lifted me so much just the first appointment that I cried all the way home. I felt like I was back. She’s continued to lift me to my beautiful desired blonde and maintain my length. We are experimenting with fun pastels now and I just love her. Her knowledge, care and conversation is truly a blessing. She restored me to bright and happy without breaking the bank! Also, she will grab me a product and have it ready for pick up in a moments notice! It’s wonderful! I miss you!
