Dorothy is very sweet, and her services do result in permanent hair removal. However, she did work on my eyebrows that has resulted in permanent damage. Perhaps she didn't have the right eye for how to shape eyebrows properly, but this has been extremely disappointing to lose the ability to have well-shaped eyebrows. I would recommend her for areas that don't require a precise output, such as eyebrows.
