SOOO disappointed. Had my lashes done a week ago and every day multiple have been falling out.
These were absolutely stunning when I got them but within days they were falling off. The edge of one eye is completely empty. I’ve followed after care to the letter and still they’re just falling out.
No way to call to talk to my stylist, the main number is to a random phone agent who isn’t even located in the salon. Only way to get fixed is to book a service and secure with CC. I don’t feel comfortable doing that.
I would have even paid to have some added back to the corners but now daily I am seeing multiple fall outs.

UPDATE: Manager Lena reached out to me and offered a replacement set at no charge. I am very happy with the customer service. To reach out and offer to make it right was truly appreciated.“
