“We chose Stratton because they are family owned and close to where we live. The first time we used them they gutted our bathroom and remodeled it from top to bottom. We live in a modular double wide so they encountered some issues when replacing the toilet and floor. The issues were addressed and resolved. We DID have to have them come back twice because the shower door was not installed correctly. That was about 4 years ago and some of the dry wall nails/screws are starting to protude and the caulk is cracking in some places.This year we decided to remodel our laundry room and called Stratton for an estimate. I will say we called 2 other companies but Stratton was the only one that seemed available during our time frame. The job wasn't as detailed as the bathroom but it took almost 4 weeks to get it completed - disclosure: we were gone for a week but arranged for someone to be at our house (all but 1day) for the workers to get in. Some days they didn't get there until afternoon and some days they only did a couple hours work before leaving.Every phone call and issue was handled by Dawn. She took our concerns to Dan and they were handled in a timely fashion. Our original quote was adjusted for some issues. In my opinion, Dawn is their best asset - she was always very polite and appologetic when I called. Thank you, Dawn for your good customer service.The Hunley's“
